EXPERIENCE YOU CAN RELY ON
Extensive experience.
Personal attention.
At Česká spořitelna and ČEZ, I held management roles covering property operations, management and portfolio development. This experience taught me to plan, negotiate and handle complex situations calmly.
I later expanded that experience through real estate brokerage. Today, I continue through MALECO, the family company founded in 1997, focusing on property management, sales and lettings.
Art and design are personal interests. When preparing a property, I consider its atmosphere and how a future owner or tenant will experience the space.
Management experience
I connect plans, costs and practical steps. Important decisions deserve clear information.
Personal responsibility
You speak directly to me. I listen to your priorities and explain the next steps.
