A house sale in Kamenný Most
- Coordinating land-register corrections
- Liaison with lawyers and authorities
- A sale involving a second property transfer
The sale was complicated by extensions that had not been entered in the land register. I coordinated with the authorities and legal support to resolve the discrepancy before the sale. The transaction also involved transferring the buyer’s apartment to the seller as part of the purchase price. The sale was completed, and the seller acquired an apartment for future use.
