WHAT I CAN TAKE CARE OF
If you do not live near your property, we can discuss how to organise handover, communication and decisions. I work in Czech, English and German. The arrangements depend on the property and the tasks you want to delegate.
Finding a tenant involves presentation, enquiries, viewings and coordinating the agreed documents and handover. Ongoing management can also cover tenant communication, maintenance coordination and an agreed payment overview. Your proposal should specify whether it includes both.
We agree which matters I can coordinate and which need your approval. We also agree how and when you receive updates. Contractor costs and additional assignments should be distinguished from the management fee.
Tell me where the property is, whether it is occupied and what you need help with. We will discuss the condition, existing arrangements and a suitable scope before agreeing the next steps. Fixed fees, guaranteed income and response times are not promised by this page.

Building management & SVJ supportYes. We can discuss your needs and agree how to handle keys, documents, communication and approvals. The practical arrangements and service scope must be confirmed for your property.
That must be agreed in the proposal. Tenant finding and ongoing management are separate tasks and should be identified clearly.
We agree expense approval rules before work begins, including which tasks need your decision. The website does not set a universal approval limit.
Ongoing management is not itself a guarantee of income or occupancy. Any obligations depend on the agreed contract.
